In this role, he focuses on guiding organisations through complex transformation, aligning leadership priorities with long-term growth, sustainability, and responsible execution.

With professional experience across APAC (including Singapore), Europe (UK), and North America (Canada), his background spans management consulting and cross-border business leadership. His work has involved supporting organisations operating in multi-market environments, navigating regulatory, operational, and cultural complexity while maintaining disciplined governance and accountability.

He is known for a collaborative leadership style, with emphasis on ethical business conduct, diversity and inclusion, and supportive working environments that prioritise wellbeing alongside performance. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom.
